Somewhere, I once read a very dangerous question/response:
“Do these pants make me look fat?”
“No, your hips do.”
In that same vein, I’ve been asking myself the question, “Does my cold/allergy medicine make me moody?” And I suspect the answer is no, my mind does.
But I sure do like having the excuse…
With that said, let me remind you that you need a vacation. Working a week away at another location does not count–especially with additional stress! R & R will do a body good! 🙂
Ahh, America. Land of the free, slaves to your jobs! I am at home now on paternity leave for 4 weeks and taking a week additionally as vacation so I am home for at least 5 weeks in a row. After that, I got three more weeks of vacation left to take out this year, since I have only used half of my yearly vacation! This is one of the benefits you get from living in Europe….

Ahem,
So soon we forget:
Cold Cures
…then again, you were sick at the time,
dan
The States don’t have a monopoly on this one. If I may quote a defunct British band, in a popular modern-rock (whatever that means) song from about four years ago:
"It’s a bittersweet symphony this life / Trying to make ends meet you’re a slave to money, then you die…"
And the ironic thing is the band didn’t really make any money off that hit, because they sampled a symphonic version of something written by Keith Richards and Mick Jagger without permission, so those two Stonesers got just about all the royalties.
And yes, I know I’m treating symptoms. No choice; gotta keep functioning.
