Disabling animation is one way to make a Hisense Sero 7 Pro, or anything else running Jelly Bean, feel faster and smoother. That’s a hidden feature, but it’s not difficult to make it visible and selectable.
Bring up settings
Navigate to “About tablet” (or “About phone”), near the bottom
Scroll all the way to the bottom, to “Build number”
Tap “Build number” seven times.
You’ll get a congratulatory notice. Now, “Developer Options” shows up under “System.”
Tap “Developer Options.”
Tap “Window Animation Scale.” Tap “Animation off.”
Tap “Transition Animation Scale.” Tap “Animation off.”
Tap “Animatior duration scale.” Tap “Animation off.”
You can also select a shorter duration if you like, rather than turning animation off entirely.
