And while I’ve never been burned running a Firefox release ending in .0, the speed at which .01 releases appear suggests that people who like to be more cautious ought to wait for the .01 release before upgrading. 7.01 fixed a rare issue, but it wouldn’t be minor if it happened to you.

I used this for six and it automatically kicked up to seven (and this morning to 7.01). Basically, the ppa version is kept at stable and Firefox updates outside the package manager.
