1. 4464 RAM chips are readily available on ebay
2. whichever one you can get. I can’t see enough difference to be worth obsessing over.
3. I’ve never used one in a Tandy.
4. most games from that era prompt you asking what graphics and sound standard you want to use. If they support Tandy graphics and sound, that will be one of the options.
5. I use DOS 6.22. I haven’t tried DOS 5.
6. XT-IDE supports 2 GB cards. DOS 5 and 6 support 2 GB partitions but large partitions are slow on a Tandy. I’ve written at length about XT-IDE, the search option in the top right is your friend.
