I just went and did this for my own site. I couldn’t get the RSS feed option, until I claimed the free business account. I then had to unclaim my site from my personal profile, and claim it under the “business” profile. My site is hosted on Google’s Blogger, and finding my RSS feed was very apparent. Blogger defaults to an Atom feed. To get your Blogger RSS feed, you have to append “?alt=rss” to your sites feed, like this: https://YourBloggerSiteURL/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss. After that it worked like great.
