I just happen to be really low on both. I blame my diet for the cholesterol (I just plain don’t like a lot of high cholesterol foods, but things like whole-grain bread and oatmeal that reduce cholesterol are among my favorite foods); the height and weight are mostly due to an accident I had when I was 13; I went on a growth spurt but my mouth was wired shut so my diet consisted of Carnation instant breakfasts and baby food. I grew four inches but didn’t gain any weight. When I quit growing at 17, I was an inch shorter than my dad.
