I hadn’t thought of that, and haven’t had that problem myself (maybe because I still use RF connections) but that would be possible. Power can interfere with video signals and other signals. To try to minimize it without buying a new adapter, keep the power cable as far away from the audio/video cables as you can. Interference is a lot more likely to happen if the cables cross each other.

I have made an AV-mod to the system and when I tried it out it had interference in the form of rolling lines. I’ve heard that cheap adapters with bad shielding can cause this, what’s you take on that?
