Yes it does. Layers, elevations, grades... The only problem I had with it was the lack of included support for tubular O gauge track but for all I know I'm the first person to ever miss that. That's fixable with the custom definitions. It's a pretty serious package. Give it a whirl and I'm sure you'll like what you see.
