If what they download has no value, then the individual downloading it is commiting no felonies. If they steal something of value they are violating G_d's commandments and man's laws.
All police officers swear to uphold the law, whether they are federal, state, or local. Homeland Security has a number of agencies under their umbrella. One of which is the Secret Service. [ Reply to This ]

| And the Department of Homeland Security's involvement just makes it look more like Homeland Security is more about Big Brother than it is about stopping terrorists.
Oh golly, ya think so ?! ;-> (sorry, sarcasm OFF now)
Truly, "stopping terrorism" has become the new "think of the children" excuse for big gov't nosing its way into everyone's personal life... And if anyone thinks I'm kidding, just have a look at the proposed "Patriot" Act III and ponder the consequences. [ Reply to This ]
